"Angel of Light"
Without a friend in sight.
But I was wrong,
I had an angel that night.
She asked me if I was okay--
And though I didn't feel that way,
It was nice to be reminded that:
Everything will be okay.
She was my smile on a hard night.
She was my light on a dark night.
She was a sweet angel,
That brought me back to the light.
She was the one that cared--
When no one else was there.
She was my answer that night,
To my unspoken prayer.
