I have a mind that never sleeps--
From all the secrets that it keeps.
These thoughts, they often keep me awake.
I need some sleep for heaven's sake!
These thoughts, they keep me from my dreaming.
And leave me awake at night, often screaming.
I just want these thoughts out of my head--
So, I can lay down at night and go to bed.
